There is a way to fix the "Interdiction" bug?

So i didn't get the "interdiction" it appears in the character menu, but i can't equip it, that didn't appear in the Tab menu :(

Have you beaten the first Dead Lord yet?

If not, then I don't think you can equip the Interdiction ability yet (as it needs a Dead Lord to be useful).

I noticed the same thing when playing (had it in the character menu but couldn't equip it), but after beating the first Dead Lord, I got a quick tutorial on how to use it, it also auto-equiped as part of the tutorial, and I was then able to access it from the radial menu to switch between it and my other "equipment" (like redemption and death grip).
