Bug With Death Grip in Leviathan's Gorge.

Currently for me there is an issue with Death Grip latching on to a particular node, when going for the elemental Stone Bite when you first get to Leviathan's Gorge. (Right when you come off the bridge to your right if your coming from the Tree) I can grab the first 3 grapple points no problem and get to the post, then I can grab the 4th no problem, but when it comes to the fifth point it doesnt light up and Death grip just passes straight through it.

Note: This is not just a PC issue, I had the console version of this game and the same problem occured there too. It just magically worked one day finally.

Is there some bug fix for this on PC?


Edit: Ok after toying around with it I did figure the issue out for those that might have the same problem I did. Bear in mind I play this with an Xbox 360 controller. But after you jump from the pillar to the fourth Grapple point make sure to let off the Left Trigger button. For whatever reason if your still holding after you hit the fourth point the fifth point will not light up.
