Lost and Found part 2 glitch

I got the helmet. Shortly after the game crashed. When I reloaded it the helmet wasn't in my inventory nor available to get on the game map. Granted this is a side quest so it won't stop me from completing the game but it is extremely annoying.

Same thing happened to me. Viewed my map, glitched, game froze. Now it keeps telling me to go back and get it but I have no helmet in inventory nor is the helmet there. Were you able to finish it?

Same. I moved on though lol
