2 chests at judicators tomb

I am at the endboss, but i was first finding the last pages of the book of death. So i was looking where they were online and went to check them. In the judicators tomb, i noticed 2 chests i forgot. Can you get them even though i dont have any ghosts anymore? or are those 2 chests out of reach for good?
