How to link your accounts!

Please indicate which account you would like to KEEP! This is an account LINK; not an account MERGE. You will have ONE account to play across all platforms. Items do not transfer from one account to another.

1. Start a new game on selected platform (iOS, Steam, etc.) and reach level 2 to choose a name (Note down NewShopkeeperName#12345 as it will be needed later)
2 . Open existing game (Steam, Android, Facebook...) and note down OldShopkeeperName#67890
3. Send a ticket to Customer Support using the in-game "Contact Us" button in the settings menu.
4. Make sure to send the ticket from the existing higher level account, all tickets sent from fresh Steam account will be refused.
5. State clearly the 2 accounts that you would like to have linked together using the full IDs that you previously noted

(These are examples. You can find your ShopKeeper Name and #12345 in your profile menu by clicking on the shield that contains your level in the upper-left portion of your screen.)

A. OldShopkeeperName#67890
B. NewShopkeeperName#12345
C. Additional information needed for "main" account
- city
- gold
- gems
- level
- purchase receipts

FAQ:
Can I link Steam to mobile?
YES!

How long does this take?
If you follow the instructions to a T, then it will shouldn't take more than 24-48 hours. (That means no missing information or purchase receipts.)

Why haven't I received an answer from support?
Tickets normally receive a first response within 24 hours (w/ a few exceptions). You may need to login to the ticket through the "Contact Us" button or check your spam folder.

What is the average time it should take? Can I be online on main account? Will I lose blueprints?

The agent will kick you if you are online. Depends on how well you follow instructions for the length it will take as well as ticket volume. You won't lose anything.

When we link, does that essentially share the save across the platforms, or just a copy onto the new platform? I'm wondering if I can link to both Steam and Android and have best of both worlds: dedicated app access at home and S7 when I'm on wifi away from home. Thank you!

@mudflyer: When linked you should be able to play on both platforms. I am currently linked to Facebook, iOS, Android and Steam and able to play on the same account on all of them.

Another game from Kong that made good on Steam, had something like "key" that you can generate and link your accounts. Maybe think about something like that?

so I have to write receipts I was pay for? not all that I got? I aslo got few reciepts from chests

Receipts are not blueprints :P I think they mean something like "what you bought from in-game shop"
