Dear shopkeeper, sorry for the late response and thanks for your support very much, as the saying goes: All good things come to an end. Sorry to tell you that Shop Heroes has ceased operation already, there will be no update, no new stuff, no bug fix anymore, and we will make an official announcement as soon as possible.

Thanks for your long term support again, our sequel Shop Heroes Legends will be officially released soon (For the specific release time, please follow our official Facebook), compared with the original version, many changes were made in SHL, which is really interesting and potential, please stay tuned and you will not be disappointed.

Well, it's nice that it at least works somehow.
Positive point: you're getting thrown off the game very rare now and it is not necessary anymore to re-login most of the time.
Negative point: There are no rewards after an arena season anymore (last month was the same after the first outage). Any other game-internal things like trade wars and raids work, but why not this? A bit strange...

Well, again a month without any reward for the arena fights. Pointless to do them now...
While in the last months I thought it could be due to the missing days of the long outages July was completely free from problems, so I hoped there could be rewards again. Very sad.
Does someone know about why there are no rewards anymoe?

Probably putting an old backup up on a new server was never tested and some database tables didn't get properly initialised, resulting in ranking info not being properly written to the database or something like that.
But the game will be shutdown on oct. 24th, so it doesn't really matter anymore...

Damn, what bad news... all the years for making the perfect heroes with zero destructible items for nothing. And I recently broke the 4.000 points area in the arena...
But was to expect after seeing the game going down in the last few months.
Time to move to another game...

:shrug: In spite of all of former owner Cloudcade's sabotage attempts, LinK is still keeping the server running and the game still has about 1700 active players. ( == logged in in the last 3(?) days, so listed in the rankings.)
I wonder if Cloudcade's "new" game of Shop Legends is doing any better than that...

How should it? The biggest fail of the game is the reset of your game after a year. Then you have to start all over again. I doubt that this keeps players alive.
After this happened to me last year I quit the game.

Cloudcade probably is fully Chinese now. I think Chinese mobile games were the ones to pioneer concepts such as adding a new "server" every few weeks/months, so if a whale couldn't get to the top in an old server, they had a new chance at that by creating a new account on the newest server. I guess Cloudcade is doing a single-server variant of that instead of dozens of "servers"...
