What with items for gems if I reset account?

Hello!

I was playing last time Shop Heroes in Aug 2020, now I'd like to start all over again. I know there's a possibility to reset account and start from level 1.

I just wonder...what will happen with everything I bought for gems? Like "Transmuter" lady, will it stay with me, or I need to buy it again?

Or for example Mother Nature recipe, it was a gift for one of the events...will the recipe stay with me (ofc when I re-discover it) or it is removed with account reset?

Regarding the Mother Nature Shield, it should be free for all users.
The spreadsheet declares it as a Giveaway, and as far as I remember, all my three accounts I use have it despite they were created at very different times.

Once reset, your account data will return to the initial state, and all data will be cleared, including the purchase you previously made in the game. Please think twice before proceeding.

If you really need to reset your account, please enter "Settings", click "Account", there is a "Reset Account" button below, and you can reset your account after clicking it.

Looks like they are saying it would become as if you would start a brand new account right now...
So probably both Transmuter gone and any timed gifts such as Mother Nature gone. :(
(AFAIK people who started their account after Mother Nature was gifted never got it. Same for all but 1 of the lvl 30 Relic weapons for accounts started after their events.)

The thing is, I played last time Shop Heroes in Aug 2020, so I dont really remember what I was doing etc :D

If they could keep my items I bought for real money, like transmuter or other packs (i dont count fountain of gems - that's fine to reset) I would reset account and play again. But if they will remove everything...for me it's not fair and devs just lost a customer :D

I dd reset afterall.

no blueprints, but support told me, they will restore my pack (transmuter at least). Maybe in the future they will work on it.

I believe, with reset you should save all packs you bought + giveaway blueprints (like mother nature)

Generally most "features", such as "reset", added after they switched from Canadian to Pakistani or Chinese dev team have been half-finished and never fixed, so odds of them changing that is near zero.
For ex. the 48 hour anti-fraud tradehouse lockout upon first in-app purchase through Steam Wallet was introduced to the game more than 2 years ago, but there still is no in-game signalling either before or after the first purchase of that fact. Just players complaining in world chat or here that their tradehouse is bugging/broken and us players explaining the reason... ; - (

Anyway...are there any more changes to the game except more and more $$ packs?

I mean, Im okay with microtransactions, but it cannot be 100% of content added. It's such a nice game...there's another "shop titans" but it just doesnt talk to me, the way Shop Heroes do.

Updates for the past 2+ years are 95+% packs and on rare occasions some other improvement, such as going from max 4 to max 9 fuses at the same time.

For the rest, the community run shopheroes.events site is more useful than most of the spambot-infested official game forum...

Canadian dev team went Swords & Potions 2 -> Shop Heroes -> Shop Titans.

I prefer Shop Heroes over Shop Titans. ST s too much 3d for me...and it feels like playing the same game with small changes ;p
