- Energetic + 100% Revive (or if not available 90% healer)
- 100% Speedrunner (1 min quest/raid time) or lower Speedrunner and (lots of) gold to throw at the castle
- lots of Magic Find (people with all packs apparently can now make teams that bring back something like 90-700 artifacts from a single team... Compare that to a team without loot skills averaging about 50 artifacts.)
- (of course also enough Support to prevent item breaks)

I myself for now still have terrible teams (no Energetic, just 90% healer, only 25-50% Speedrunner, small amount of loot skills, upgraded quest slots to compensate for no Energetic and no Revive) and end up about 5-10k raid artifacts depending on if I invest in the castle or not.

Without packs, 100% Energetic + 100% Revive is possible for most teams, Speedrunner I don't think you can push over 70%-ish, Magic Find you have 2 of the 12 options available. (Dragonfire Potion and Bundle Up) The slightly worse Detect Secrets actually has 4/10 of its options available from chest/raid though.

Have had 100% energetic teams for awhile, just the speed runner is the hard one, will have to do more research and find 100%.

Dont have revive use to never be a problem until recently.

Will have to work on bundle up!

People dont use protector? any more and just have Revive 100% (Does that only work for one person in the team at a time?)

Thanks

Looks like need packages to get there?

SpeedRunner
10,10,10,10,25% items (all that dont require purchasing)

Technically with 100% revive you can run with all red faces and nobody will end up injured.
So you can do without the strength + equipment strength boost that is Amazon/Brothers in Arms/Protector as long as you meet minimum group power. (things like Magic Find are high level myths, so that kind of guarantees that power.)
Speedrunner, as I wrote, I think no option to go over about 70% without packs.
Free Speedrunner II (25%) : Volcanic Smashers (primal, gauntlets), Mistilteinn (primal, dagger), Rising Tempest (trade war, spear)
Hard to fit in one or two of those on a leader while also fitting in Revive etc.
(looked up stuff in the bit . ly / shopheroes spreadsheet (steamcommunity doesn't like short links.))

edit: just in case it isn't clear: "survival rate" in skill decriptions is a terribly worded way to say "strength + equipment strength", nothing to do with injuries other than pushing power higher to green faces... ;-(

Found an image someone posted a while ago showing what maxed out F2P raid teams could look like: https://i.postimg.cc/y6ydkNdW/SH-F2-P-Revive-Teams2.png

Is it the case that you have not set up efficient teams yet? If that is the case, then take a look at this guide.

My personal best was around 6500 tokens, but I was able to be on almost all day from Fri - Sunday. This was partially because of one of the runs where our city was all mostly on that weekend trying to reach a particular goal, so many people gave it their all. I usually would not raid that way on a regular basis.

And I did not boost the castle, so it was just the regular raid time, which is anywhere from 1.5 hrs down to 45 minutes for my teams. If I had boosted castle, I would have gotten more points.

My gear? Just the basic stuff for support and speedrunner, with hero Kuro providing SR3 and the other groups using SR2 and SR1, as well as a group with no SR.

Not much healing and no revive.

So what that means is, if you boost castle and you can be on whenever your teams return and send them back out again, you can get several thousand points even prior to having all the proper gear.

Add in the proper gear to make even a basic efficient team setup and you just boosted your rate of return by a lot, and eventually, as you add more and more better gear, you'll be getting better returns.

The reality is, a lot of people can't play that way, so that is when lower raid scores are made as they may just play casually......or they have those kinds of efficient teams, along with castle boosting, and that help make things go faster while they are available to be online to get even more points.

The guide that guide was probably based off: http://forum.shopheroes.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6237
Both are old, but still good, guides about the move to skilled item teams.
Both pre-date the current sillyness of 100% speedrunner teams and packing in 2+ Magic Find items per hero if you have all the packs... (Normal tier 3 raid loot range is 6-10 per hero. With 2 MF per hero what would be 12x +2 = +24 -> 6-34 per hero. I think the current record is over 1.5M raid artifacts in 3 days from a single player.)
