- Level up and equip heroes so you can do Medium / Hard city raids
- Unlock more heroes to send out on city raid missions
- Unlock more quest slots so you can send more heroes on city raids
- Level up your heroes to level 20 / 30 to increase amount of heroes you can send per squad
- Upgrade quest slots so when you city raid over night you can immediately send them again
- Invest into the castle to reduce active city raid time by 35% for every lot of investment
- Send out the three heroes that get 2x loot bonus in the city raid
- Send out heroes with the Treasure Hunter / Scavenger skills
- Equip heroes with items that give them the Treasure Hunter, Scavenger and Detect Secret skills
Also while we are on topic, are there any citys that can regularly hit the breakpoints for city raid specific blueprints?
You do need to shopkeeper level 35 to be able to claim the raid blueprint reward though.
Lots of city recruitments happen on world chat in game, so you can try there. Outside the game, a lot of the active, chatty community (and likewise recruitment) are on Discord if you want to try someplace livelier. It's mostly quiet everywhere else. The community isn't big enough to spread over too many places.
Also about skills: "Leader" skill from hero/item for bigger party size to get more bonus party power. Amazon (females) or Brothers-in-Arms (males) on leader/Protector on others to give a party power boost, so you can run those tier 2/3 raids for more loot. (the "survival rate" description on those is confusing to many; it's a power boost to both heroes and gear) Energetic for shorter rest times, Healer for shorter rest and injury times. Speedrunner on leader for quicker quest/raid runs.
