What the best combinaison of worker tier 1 (3x slots)

Can someone give me some tip to build a team of 3 worker tier 1 ?

I just started the game and find 0 guide/tips online...

There isn't a best combination, find out what you plan on crafting and take the appropriate workers. For example if you plan on making weapons then you probably need armorer+blacksmith+enchanter. In no time you'll have tier 3 workers so it will get easier if you want to craft from multiple categories.

At the beginning, the craft times are low, and you want stuff to equip to all the heroes, so what I did was to try to make as many items as possible. This meant using the 3 tier 1 workers who are the Armorer, Carpenter, and Tailor. At some point, you can switch the tailor with the druid if you want a few potions. Otherwise, if you level up fast and get a fourth worker, then you can add the druid or sorceress for potions, depending on which workers are available.
