We've been getting some really helpful feedback and having some great conversations with y'all, so we just pushed our 1.0.3 patch which includes (in addition to some smaller tweaks/fixes):

👼 WORMHOLE TORMENT MODE IS NO LONGER AN ACHIEVEMENT 👼

I honestly just wasn't expecting so many people to be interested in 100%ing the game, but I absolutely agree that it is way too difficult and separated from the rest of the game to warrant an achievement. As part of this update, anyone who had every achievement except for the torment mode achievement before the patch WILL RECEIVE THE TRANSCENDENTAL INVERTEBRATE ACHIEVEMENT UPON OPENING THE GAME. So get in there and claim your rightfully earned reward :D

😈 THERE'S A NEW REWARD FOR COMPLETING TORMENT MODE 😈

Instead of an achievement, you'll get a FANCY NEW PLAQUE on your wall commemorating your amazing performance if you complete the wormhole on torment mode. If you've already completed it, the plaque will be waiting for you the next time you open the game!

It's been really amazing chatting with you all, and I really appreciate how engaged everyone has been! Keep letting us know your thoughts, we really want this game to be the best version of itself for everyone playing :)

achievement idea

So i was at the end of the game and at the top shelf there was a boat what i think a good cosmetic would be a pirate hat that you get by bringing water from the cooler and splash it on the boat getting you the hat if you could some how use the trampoline idk how but yall think that's a good idea....

Hello there, my lovely wormies! Launch day yesterday was SO FUN, we had such a blast seeing everyone trying out the game! Here's a few miscellaneous updates:

💡EARLY REVIEWS💡

We've been so so pleased to see the positivity about the game, and after one day, we have 143 Reviews and they're 97% Positive! This is just incredible and we're unbelievably stoked to see people having fun with the game so far :) If you've given it a shot, make sure to leave a review and let us know what you think about the game! Any and all feedback is very welcomed and appreciated :D

🐛BUG FIXES🐛

We had a few issues yesterday with some late game loading bugs, but they should be all fixed up and we're now on version 1.0.2! We've got some more bugs that we're tracking down and will try to have patched ASAP, so thank you all so much for the reports! Keep 'em coming in the Discord[discord.gg] if you find anything!

📈SUPPORTER PACK📈

The Supporter Pack has been approved and is available now! If you've already bought the game, you can grab it as an add-on, and if not, it's available in a bundle with the base game. You get a couple of high-res desktop backgrounds and a nice in-game poster above your worm desk, but more than all of that, you get a huge huge thanks from us for the extra support! As mentioned, it's completely and totally optional and we are so grateful for everyone who has bought the game in any form, but it's just a little extra thing for anyone who's interested :D

It’s finally time to clock in!! Our silly worm game is out in the world!

Worming from Home is a remote work simulator where you’re secretly a worm. Mash the keyboard, brew coffee, message your coworkers, and wriggle your way to the big promotion. Here’s the final trailer:

Thank you so so much for all of the support on this crazy journey. It's been a really long road from a silly little joke to the still-a-joke-but-much-bigger game we have today, especially because we've had to program everything by bashing our heads against our keyboards (haha just kidding... unless?).

would you still love me if i was a worm?
The game is absolutely worth 8 dollars, no question about it.

i would like to see some changes though.
- the touch keyboard is actually worse than the small keyboard minus the ctrl button being a toggle. that could be worked on
- the room is largely unexplorable due to the insta kill floor. even if there is nothing to do out there, let us explore and just add a unstuck button to the menu. hell, add little things, let us turn the tv on and put some stupid skits on the tv, why not. achievement for getting in the large bed perhaps. we already have a tool to get around the room, the trampoline, no sense in wasting all that space.
- if the intern upgrades is only temporary which is lost upon going to main menu, make it easier to get then, perhaps a circle where if you put the cup in, buff applies to everyone as long as its in the circle, you can even make it slowly drain so we have to replace it. developer confirmed they arent temporary, pouring water and coffee on them is still very difficult, especially when you get to the ones under the desk, but thats more of a nitpick at this point, not a major issue.
- putting the signed contract on the printer is just obnoxiously hard and unrewarding, perhaps the printer can come with a book leaned against it for dragging stuff on top?

despite those problems, this is still an easy recommend, such a fun unique idea. hope to see it grow.

Have you ever yearned to be a worm? To know what it feels like to sleep in dirt or maybe just work on some spreadsheets at work? Look no further than Worming From Home.

This game was an absolute BLAST. I found love, bought endless amounts of useless knickknacks all while pretending to my boss I was a hooman junior financial analyst (and not secretly the worlds coolest worm)

There has been a lot of work and love put into this game. It shows in the voice acting (which is GREAT btw), the Music, the hub world of where you move around and how....they just made the game fun! Lots of unlockable cosmetics via achievos and the game never outstays its welcome with the gameplay.

The wormkour segment of the game is my particular favourite as I love platformers. It's no surprise I've already done everything this game has to offer and I'm left......worming for more.

I encourage, nay EMPLORE you all to buy Worming From Home. It's incredibly good value for what you get and we need more labours of love like this.

anyone else struggling with this mechanic? theres no way to hold down the lever without falling off and it takes forever to get water in the cup due to this. thats IF it doesnt spill over first. am i doing something wrong or does this just need updating?
