Music volume is too low.

its not broken. how is it mine works perfectly?

Maybe it's an issue with audio hardware or drivers; but it def. is broken on mine as well

Agent 47.5, please tell me, why is it that you can't accept that some people are having problems?

It works fine for you? That's great, that's awesome, I'm happy for you. But it's not working right for me, and it's not working right for many others. We have an entire thread reporting this very issue.

The difference in volume for when the sound decides to come back to normal almost blew out my speakers. Same thing with THAT ONE power up.

I am not deaf, and I know my audio. Something is wrong, and that also includes you.

You go into every thread to find someone complaining, and basically stick your fingers in your ears and say "nuh uh, NUH UH!". You're that one annoying guy that goes into a troubleshooting forum and say "works for me :)" in every thread and nothing else. It doesn't help, it frustrates everyone, and takes attention off the problem.

If you don't have anything to contribute, or if you're not bringing attention to the problem so that the developers can see it (rather than away from it like you are now) then don't post.

The issues that the game has with the audio in my experience are in mostly the higher levels.The music volume is wrong throughout this game, and has been since day 1 of release.The troll that has been telling everyone they are wrong only has 2 hours in this game, and now has a private profile so his stats aren't visible. He has nothing to contribute, he isn't here to help, and doesn't know his A$$ from a hole in the ground.

There isn't a deal breaking problem that I have with this game, but I won't ignore the issues that remain in this game, either. He can put his head in the sand or up his own A$$ as far as I am concerned.

tell me more about how EVERYONE knows it but me? you must know alot of people. or there is option B, you are talking out of your ass, as you dont want to admit you are WRONG! i am going with option B.

How about this fact: There's been multiple threads/responses of this EXACT issue; but you're the only one that claims there's no problem.

And, instead of trying to help with actual, helpful advice; you insinuate we're dumb and to turn our volume up...real helpful.

How about list your system specs? What kind of audio/sound you use? Do you use a soundcard? etc etc

I'm using an X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Edition PCIe Soundcard and yes the Music volume is lower than the other sounds in the game even with the sliders turned up to maximum.

Even with music slider maximum, others down to 30%, and my speakers turn full power, the music is way too low. And after doing that and forgetting to turn speakers down after playing the game, oh boy, BAAAAD things happen...

It's the other way around in my case - music is fine, announcer's voice is fine but I can't hear the engines.

Sometimes when the game is loading, for a 1-2 seconds the music jumps back to its real volume, which in my case is LOOOOOUD, as I have music at 100%, everything else around 30% and speakers at top volume. My dogs start barking whenever that happens lol. Luckily I dont have close neightbours.

It is an issue. It may not affect every user with equal impact but it /IS/ an issue. One I would like fixed pleeeeease.

After over a year since release, it is safe to assume any remaining problems this game has will not be addressed, ever.
Still a great game, but the bugs in it remain a little irritating.

I have yet to experience the awful sounding "200% volume after a race" bug. . .but I'm really scared of it. I turn my volume down at the end of every race.

I'm half tempted to just find the audio file for the Temporal Rapture pup and replace it with a blank or a 50db reduced version lol.
