Hello!
Here is a good list of Max Damage Mods that will improve your carmageddon experience!
I recommend you first to play the game Vanilla and unlock all the cars! then install these wonderful Mods/tools/tweaks

- Improved damage balance. Offense is increased in your car and decreased on your opponents. You can still be wrecked but it's not as frustrating as before.
- Say goodbye to unfair and cheap deaths when hitting a wall after being rubbed or hit by an opponent. The wall-ricochet effect that dealt ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s of damage to your car has been reduced to a tiny % of what it used to be, increasing survivavility by a great amount (your opponents can benefit as well)

i'm trying to download the car package, but g00gle drive is a disgrace, stuck in 'waiting for download'
Finally i downloaded the files, but now when i try to install with Minge i get the error Not a CarMODgeddon mod, solutions?

Are you talking about Mike's car package? His instructions say "Extract/drag the '.mingebag' file from the .RAR archive onto MINGE", if you're just dropping the RAR onto Minge then it won't work as the RAR isn't a mod so you need to extract the RAR and then install the contents.

Edit: Also make sure you're not trying to install the Mingeset files as mods, they aren't mods, they're just presets for enabling all the mods quickly and you load it through the presets area after the mods have been installed.

Yes, this mod. Is config.mingebad inside CMD_Mods-20191021T234636Z-003? when I drag to the minge nothing happens, it's pretty confusing for me.

Edit:oh, I think I get it, draw directly into minge.exe, but now I'm getting the error Not Carmageddon Max Damage folder, I tried in \ common \ Carmageddon Max Damage, bin folder and Carmodgeddon.

Yes thats me :) thanks, made many mods for wreckfest, still fixing some after repeated developer edits!!
Im fine with the cars mods, but how do i install the ZAD files for the setting changes?
Also im new to this so is there any other mods elswhere?

The camera mod is not a CarMODgeddon mod, it's a ZAD mod. The mod tool is only for installing CarMODgeddon mods, which are just Levels, Cars and Wheels.

That camera mod can be installed by putting the ZAD file into the ZAD folder, and renaming scripts.zad to scripts2.zad. The second step is due to the scripts.zad being loaded after every other zad file, where as every other zad file is loaded alphabetically.
