Explanation of Power Ups

Has anyone found a list of all the powerups and an explanation of them? There are so many that dont even appear to be doing anything

Every PUp has an effect, on you, on the opponents, on peds or the enviroment.
But what PUps you would like to know about, maybe i can help.

The obvious ones are obvious: Solid Granite Car, Ped Panic, Kangaroo On Command, etc.

WTH does "After Toucjing Cloth" do? Lets you leave skid marks more easily? Better traction like crusty underwear sticking to your bunghole? There are only a few which aren't self-explanatory, so whatever info you have on those, feel free to post it.

It basically lets you use wobble recovery (the ability to roll your car when you're on your roof) at any time while the PUp is active. It's a pretty basic PUp on its own that would let you recover quicker or perform stunts in the air, but it's always good to use it with other PUps as well.

Ah, ok, so instead of having to wait until your car stops sliding on its hood, you can Wobble Recover without being a sitting duck. I thought maybe they had just changed the requirements for it and not the description.
Still don't see how it relates to smelly underwear, except maybe to suggest you'd shart yourself in real life if it happened.

In Burnout, the ability to control the roll and spin of your car was called After Touch, this powerup is a pun on that.

Ahhhh, now it makes sense. However, I am somehow able to do the rolling recovery without the powerup, so I'm thinking either another car hit it and it applied to all, like with Pinball Mode, or maybe it just self-activates.

Normal roll recovery is only usable under certain conditions, while with After Touching Cloth it can be used any time while the powerup is active. Originally in earlier versions of the game the normal roll recovery was a lot more limited , it would only activate when you were on the ground upside down an not moving but after much feedback from fans it was changed to be allowed while in the air and still moving and not 100% upside down. This was a lot better for gameplay but it diminished the usefulness of the powerup a bit.
