The floating sphere is a skullcap
And the tower is basically the one representing the TEL spell
Countered with the YAZ (invisibility) spell
Thank you
Praying while being stung to death by bees will result in the Monks of Effe finding you and nursing you back to health, at least if you converted to the whale god (*not* Whale, but the actual diety whose name I forget).
You mean this tower or all of them? This one, nothing in particular aside from learning a counterspell (hint: you will know you got it right when the sphere stops rotating), you may use this tower to sleep if you are too tired. I think you may take the black skullcap from the sphere but I'm not sure it's usable by yourself anyway. The counterspell part also applies to other towers, basically. Oh, some towers hold some relevant marks and a poem which you might need.
I came to the conclusion that since that room represents TEL, sleeping inside of it enables you to read some of the Archmage's thoughts.
