This game needs active pause desperately....

Can the game be played in windowed mode or full-screen only? Does it have active pause where actions can be made while the game is paused? Can it be paused by pressing space bar?

I'm not sure if I'm fully understanding what I'm seeing. Is this a massive mushroom wars like game?

the new dlc mode is great! I've found a bug, though. When you lose, you can no longer click your base and play. Losing once is pretty much an end to the run.
