You see different scenes, some of Tycho just flying around, some of his face, some of Tycho and the brain.
Wait till you see the scene with Tycho and the brain. Either his left side, his head or his right side are pointing towards the brain.
When his left side is pointing towards the brain, hit the right button to propel Tycho to the left; when his head is pointing to the brain, hit the middle button and when it's his right side, hit the left button.
If you've done that correctly, you should see the distance meter go down. Do it several times till you reach that thing.
The "think from his perspective"-thingy: when he's upside down e.g. and the brain is on the left side of the screen, don't make him go left. Make him go right - because he's upside down, from his perspective the brain is to his right.
Guess there're better ways to express this but my English is somewhat limited
I got that one too. I think it might have to do with what you tell MISTRESS your fantasy would be earlier in the game. Or what she thinks it would be. There were three options--I wonder if that changes it?
I had suspected that as well. I also noticed an inconsistency in the dialogue. When you first enter the room, MISTRESS suggests that Brutus is still hiding in one of the pods, but when you speak to her to end the game, it's stated that Brutus is back in prison, leading me to believe you were supposed to do something in between to affect the outcome.
I almost wonder if there are other endings for the 'main' ending like that, or if the alternate endings are just the other sort of GAME OVER screens you get to. Because I got that one too, and the option I picked didn't seem like it would lead to that at all?
I feel like no matter what I click it is always doing the wrong thing or it works for the first 3 times and then I'm drifting off again. Also I hardly see Tycho and the asteroid. I keep waiting for the scene when you see Tychos Back but then there is no Asteroid nearby or I only get the Asteroid and just a Hand of Tycho (or a foot, I can't tell) and have no idea what will bring him closer. Sometimes i see the Asteroid and Tycho in one line and pushing forward makes me drift off.... How did you guys do it?
OR is it a glitch that I only see Tycho OR the Asteroid?
Thanks for any help!

Quite honestly I dont understand either... most times I only get the asteroid or Tycho, rarely am I able to see both... and when I have both, it doesnt matter if I click left or right, regardless where Tycho is. Giving up, as I already lost count how many times I have tried, but it was surely more than 20, I started getting nauseated. Its a shame because the game had some really good surprises that I liked, but this mini-game makes it unplayable for me =(
EDIT: Starting to think this issue is related to Screen/window Ratio... Is there a way to change the window size?
EDIT 2: Yep I was right... Lowering resolution fixed the issue, made the Ludwig Propulsion game in first try, because I always had Tycho and the Asteroid on the screen. I was using 2560x1440, changed to 1920x1080 (same ratio). So if you are having problems not seeing both Tycho and the Asteroid, just set the the resolution to something like that (I believe that 1920 width is the max that will let you play the mini-game properly.
One more issue though, this "bug" is a bit more concerning for Mac users, since Macs will usually automatically set the best max resolution for the screen, and no native way to change it. The only way is to get additional software to allow you to do so (which I dont think is free) or "hack" some system files to enable changing resolutions, which is probably a daunting task for many: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DxQm8xAy6M
I don't know...maybe I'm missing something. I got a way around the mini-game but it was still frustrating.
Here's what worked for me a couple times, though it doesn't always work consistently: when you see the first shot of the brain as Doug is talking to you, madly click past the dialogue as fast as you can. As soon as you're able, click on the both tank option and keep clicking. You should be able to get yourself down pretty far (if you're quick and lucky, you can actually just click on the center tank until you win the minigame). If the meter starts to rise again, click on a random tank and then try the center one again; occasionally, you'll get lucky and hit another streak. If it doesn't work, take a deep breath, tell yourself it's not you, it's the game, wait for the loading screen to finish and try it again.
