Anybody know how to get any traction with #3 alien in the queue?

I'm having trouble gettin Bazzarella's pod code. I feel like I'm missing a step, but she does not give any number in the conversation as the guide says she should. Any help?

I have a bug in my game where I cannot see Tycho on my screen most of the time because he is all the way at the bottom of screen. He still will interact with objects but his sprite is considerably far below the item he is interacting with. I've tried starting the game over several times and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Can anyone help me with this issue?...
