Just unsubscribe before the trial ends. You link your BR account to Twitch in the ingame option menu.

So I link my twitch prime account to my br account, and then what? Do I need to claim the loot in prime for it to appear in BR? Or is the bundle sent automatically over to the game?

That means you need to actively claim the content once it goes live by clicking on the Prime Loot button (the crown) in the upper right corner of the Twitch.tv homepage and have your Twitch and Battlerite accounts linked.'
