but i believe it died because they taked TOO LONG to release the free to play that makes the game die
Game is non-stop action so it's stressfull too - A lot of multiplayer games have some downtime when nothing really happens like farming lanes, waiting in ambush or holding chokepoint. I think it's a great game but It's just hard to play for a long period of time.
I'm not whining, I'm just trying to point on some of the reasons for the dwindling playerbase.
I agree with you, but...
THey are not trying to grasp pubgs or fortnite players, that wont happen
They are out of ideas of how to make this game works and how to keep people playing it. They are chasing lootboxes and asian market for quick profit and the battle royale is a dumb attempt to grasp players for other mobas , LOL, Dota, kids that wanna try something "new" in the summer.
PLus that gaves them free coverage in gaming sites for how moronic the whole concept its gonna be
Now like you said its gonna fail, people are gonna play it for a couple of days and ignore it in a week or two it's gonna be the same 4k/5k players. They keep repeating the same stupid decisions since the "ea" release, hence why this game will remain in the bottom of the list = stunlock is probably the dumbest developer around every event- lack of direction confirms why their games die so easy.
The game isn't dead. Hawken is dead, Global Agenda is dead. The definition of a game being "dead" isn't as loose as you threadstartes make it out to be.
They are very informative. While the game isn't dead, the stats are clear that the game isn't succeeding either.
Wish this thread was about introducing ideas to help SLS, instead of people saying this game isn't dying, and sucking off this dying game and a failing company. Again not dead, but dying.
Easy. How many Battlerite advertisements do you see? none.
case closed.
Now I COULD have put in the hard grind and made a serious effort to actually memorise every ability of every hero (I did it for LoL), but here's the thing: I didn't want to. The game wasn't actually very fun. I never really knew what I should be doing except healing my teammates whenever they got hit (wish someone could have told them that so they'd stop running away from me and dying on their own) and throwing skills at whatever enemy is closest (and going for the orb whenever it spawns). It just wasn't enjoyable.
