No reward on level up

Hello everyone,

i reached lvl 12 with Sirius which should have given me 1 gold chest, but i did not receive anything upon leveling up. In the chests overview i got no new gold chest. Any idea what to do? Is there an official support mailadress or something like this?

might just take a while for the chest to come, wait a few hours and see if you get it.
If not try going on the battlerite webpage, they have forums for this.

No its always instant upon leveling up a account / champion. - Its rewarded after you finished your game.
