When you have it, if you use a skill, it will fail and you will be unable to use any skill for a short amount of time. So you have to recognize when it's active on you and restrain yourself from doing anything other than moving for that time.

It comes primarily from Jade's E and Iva's E. I think Varesh might have it too but I'm not sure.

spellblock is a general debuff, that makes something happen depending on who put it on you

Jade gives you spellblock and if you use a skill you get silenced
Iva spellblock makes you stunned
Poloma spellblock makes you panicked

but yeah, don't use a skill, including M1 (that is a skill), just move, and you won`t trigger the spellblock's effect
