Electric Conduction - When you jump your next LMB gives you a 14hp shield.
Lightning Rod - When you E, everyone hit by it gives you a 15hp shield.
Overcharge - When you Q, whoever attacks you triggers another small shield and inflicts the enemy with static and applies shields to allies.
Positive Charge - While you have a shield your damage output is increased.
Thunderstruck - Your ult stuns for 1s (Just for that extra utility)
This build has never failed me, but you cannot blow all of your abilities too close together or else your survivability will be removed. However, if you can use them all before the other runs out, you can stack a massive shield.
