What does the "Link Twitch Account" option do?
Is there some kind of Twitch integration?

Probably makes it so you can earn drops watching streams.

Yeah, Twitch has been integrating games for a while. People who have twitch prime get free stuff periodically for certain games, which you need to link your account to get. Plus now you can buy in game stuff from twitch for battlerite. Buy it from your favorite streamer, and they get a cut.

Pretty sure it is "twitch drops" since that is mentioned in the game.

Twitch drops are where you get in-game items from just watching streams of the game in question.

It should open your browser to twitch to authorize Battlerite you link to your twitch account.
