Well, elaborate ARAM.
There is no "middle" here :)
Rules often include:
-All Middle
-No Brush/Jungle
-No recall
-No going back
-No snowball items (Mejai's, Occault, Leviathan)
-No Guardian Angel
-No Fortify
Differences from LOL ARAM:
- No "lane", instead it's maps with pillars and health-/energy-pickups
- No bushes to hide in.
- No items, so no snowballing (instead you pick a "battlerite" at the beginning of every round - which is kind of like speccing in WoW - and nothing that will make you OP)
- You choose which hero to play, rather then being assigned one randomly.
- No critting, so you can't win with blessings from the RNG gods.
- Poking happens but a lot less than in LOL.
Imagine 2 or 3 champs from each team in LOL had the same strength stats-wise and they were all locked in a room and got involved in a team-fight you can't escape from.
