Tabbing out issue

I was replaying chapter 3 (specifically during the pico-8 minigame), and everything was fine for an hour or 2 but after a while the game window just started occasionally turning completely white after i tab out of it and made it prioritize its own window on my computer and I couldn't normally get out of it, but it oddly shortly fixed itself.

Then it happened again when i tabbed out of the game window. After that, I couldn't close it normally and the game was not responding to any input and all i heard was the music playing in the background. Had to force close all my apps that were open to get rid of it with the esc menu on my computer.

When i went in to the game again i discovered my berry progress for chapter 3 didn't save after over an hour of berry hunting in that chapter but the pico-8 minigame did which is really annoying. (Happened all in one session btw)

Have you tried switching to the OpenGL beta branch? (Library -> Right-click on game -> Properties -> Betas)

I haven't tried that yet, although i don't think i need to anymore since it's not happening anymore for me, might not be happening anymore for me because it could be an issue exclusive to the pico-8 easter egg and i haven't interacted with that since it happened, i dunno
