I think that depends on what you liked about Celeste. If you elaborated on that, i might have a bunch more suggestions.
At the very least, i recommend Chicory: A Colorful Tale.

I've compiled a pretty big list of platformers here. Whether you'll like them or not is up to you to say! Thankfully there are trailers and gameplay videos available for everything.
There are quite a few free games on this list, too. I know there are like six free games with a combined playtime of over 30 hours for 100% completion in that list, so you'll be busy for a while!

If you haven't already, check out some Celeste mods. Strawberry Jam and its predecessor Spring Collab are the best starting point.

For more difficult precision platformers, Celeste borrows some inspiration from the Kaizo scene, so you may be interested in diving into some Super Mario World romhacks to see where those roots came from. Maddy Thorson even made a few hacks herself.
