Will there be v1.4.1.0 update on PC version?

I am a player in Taiwan, and always wanted the Traditional Chinese translation for me to recommend this game to my friends. And today I accidentally found out there is actually a v1.4.1 which add this feature! [1]

However according to their X post [2], "The V1.4.1.0 update is live for Switch, Xbox One and PS4. Soon for the PC versions as well.", but nothing else. Is there any update on this matter or I can update manually?
