I have finished the game and gotten 100% of the achievements, what now?
The only thing that comes to mind is mods, what are the best mods out there?

I haven't played many mods, but i'll recommend all of them :
The road less traveled, Into the Jungle, the 2020 Spring Collab and the Straberry Jam Collab.

-"The road less traveled" is relatively short, but pretty good. The main mechanic has a flaw that's sometimes annoying, but mostly only when trying to do a deathless run.

-"Into the Jungle" is a much bigger mod, and is very well made, where a certain mechanic that could be annoying was (i think) always used in a way that prevented that annoyance. However, a handful of rooms had fairly big flaws that made them really annoying to go through, because what you were supposed to do was very poorly communicated.

-"2020 Spring Collab" and "Strawberry Jam Collab" are large-scale collaborations made out of five hubs of different difficulty levels, each hub having a bunch of different individual maps to play through.
Strawberry Jam was made later, which i think is why its hubs (not individual maps) have some quality of life features that make navigating them a lot better than the 2020 Spring Collab's hubs.
Either way, both are very good, though Strawberry Jam is a lot bigger and has had visibly more effort put into it. It even has its own original music (which apparently is a total of 9 hours long).
(I've completed neither, the most difficult maps of both all get extremely difficult, especially Strawberry Jam's apparently.)

Flaws-wise, the same flaw types are present in both¹, though so far i think there's fewer flaws in Strawberry Jam.
The flaws are usually condensed in specific maps rather than spread out across all maps, which is probably due to some map makers being better than others.
Some maps are pretty bad and feel like they were made by people who didn't understand game design, and while it's less noticeable in the hubs of easier difficulty, it becomes extremely annoying for the more difficult maps, since every flaw is that much more annoying.
Especially since it seems that, at least for the 2020 Spring Collab (I haven't reached the highest difficulty hub for Strawberry Jam yet), the more difficult the level is, the larger the chance is that it was badly designed.
Most maps are very well designed, though!

There is one specific flaw that i think is present throughout almost all maps, which is that most map makers seem to think that, when a level is more difficult, the stretch between checkpoints also needs to be longer.
Personally, i think that having one room take about a minute per attempt is already a lot, but when just about every room in the highest difficulty maps takes at least that long...

¹Except for the presence/lack of quality of life stuff. While Strawberry Jam has better quality of life than Spring Collab overall, the fact that the "quit each map whenever you want while keeping your progress" isn't present specifically for the Heart sides seems like it'll make the more difficult ones quite annoying.
