Btw here's my specs:
Intel Core i3 350M 2.27GHz
6GB RAM
GPU: Intel HD Graphics
Also I haven't tested it, but you might be able to use something like sizer[www.brianapps.net] to make the window bigger without changing the actual game resolution. At worst you could try turning the resolution of your monitor itself down. Like I said before though, I don't think that doing this will really improve performance. The CPU you gave there is itself probably fine, but its iGPU is pretty weak from what I could find. I don't know if there's much you can do with the game itself to improve it, but you could at least try reinstalling drivers for it (at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15568/intel-graphics-media-accelerator-driver-for-windows-7-windows-vista-64-bit-zip.html ).
