Legal question to the developers: Can I use this image of Madeline as a Twitch emote?

This image specifically. I want to know if it's okay that I use this face as a Twitch emote for subscribers to use. Would that be illegal? I want to make sure so that I don't come across any complciations with the developers themselves. I just think it's a funny face from a game i honestly had a blast playing. Thanks in advance.
