Should you care: The achievement percentages don't relate to the difficulty of getting them due to assist mode.
Just by playing the game normally you'll unlock all of them except for 1UP! and Wow. The former can be inferred through gameplay assuming you trigger a certain thing related to the achievement icon, and the latter is a secret at the very final section of the very final level (which you can go straight to once you reach it, no need to replay the whole level).
If you like platformers you can easily get 100% achievements in under 30 hours. True in-game 100% completion can easily take over 100 hours.
