What's the hardest part of the game?
I just beat Chapter 7 B-Side today, and that was pretty hard. Figured I'd remind myself that I have a long way to go for whatever max % this game has, so tell me the hardest part of this game!
Bonus question: Most boring or tedious if there is one?

Some parts of chapter 9. A mix of pretty much every mechanic, tight platforming, and long rooms. Chaining wave dashes/extended hypers can be tricky to find the proper timing.

Otherwise it depends on what you find most difficult. If cycles, 3B, 3C, 5B (seeker gauntlet), 8B, and parts of 9. If lots of precision in a row, 7C (final room), 6B (first 6 or so rooms), parts of 9.

The fact that one is of C side heart room length is just rude really, you already have to deal with three layers of timing to get on the block to begin with, and then you're basically tasked to do it twice in a row.

Though 8B whenever there is spam of the fire projectiles, at some point you just stop trying to reason and just go, 3-4 sets were fine, but it didn't stop at that.

An update: I have beaten 8B, and have discovered the Golden Strawberries. I also know I'll have to beat each A-Side without missing any collectibles.
Full clears will probably be more of a review of the story up to the end of chapter 8 than a challenge, but golden strawberries really make things harder. Not dying once? How will I do that with the lengthy heck that is 7B? Not to mention that I still haven't done C-Sides or Chapter 9...
I'm intimidated, yeah. But there was a time I forgot I could cling to walls and spent 20 deaths trying to get a strawberry in Chapter 3. I'll be able to learn to do this... right?

Golden strawberries are not something that players typically get, except maybe for 1A and 2A. Getting all of them requires months of being dedicated at getting better at the game and the only piece of content hidden by them is one extra room added to the end of Chapter 9 to make the run a little harder. They are just for posterity.

I think it really all depends of the person that is playing, since some people might be used for games like Celeste and think its easier, while someone that never played these types of games, will surely get a bad time to learn everything and get used to it, so yeah, it will be always depending of the person itself tbh...

Chapter 7 C-side was the hardest for me, hands-down. Having to do that entire screen without dying was insane. The ending of chapter 9 is a lot longer, sure. But it's not as fast and doesn't require the level of accuracy that 7-C does.

That said... some parts of chapter 9 are unbelievably crazy, so look forward to that. lol

100% agree on the moving platform room (on chapter 9) being the single hardest screen in the game, followed closely by 7C and 5C last rooms.

What is supposed to be particularly hard in 5C's last room ?

In my opinion, 5C's last room is the ultimate test of wallbouncing.

Not only you have to do around 4-5 in a row, there is also one of them which is especially nasty...out of a diagonal moving red bubble into a pixel perfect wallbounce.

Maybe it's just me...but my deathcount on this particular chapter was nearly as high as in the infamous 7C.

I have twice more deaths on 3C than on 5C. There was a tricky part (jumping upward with a very precise timing, then falling down on a platform surrounded by spikes) but aside from that the timings were fairly easy to get imho
And even with that part it was much easier to time than 3C's ghost jumps

I'm on this room right now and so far I completely agree. that starting part takes insane timing, followed by a wavedash/hyperdash into a precise wall bounce on a moving part.

Eu acho que assim mano, a parte mais difícil é o jogo em si taligado, o jogo é bem difícil saca, mano, muito hard, poggers

I hated the room in chapter 9 where you had to do this wall bounce around some spikes and then having to do it again, it was very challenging but rewarding when I finished it.
