Is there any reward for deathless ?

I just finished Chapter 1 deathless and I'm pretty sure I didn't get anything, my death counter is still the same as before (I thought it would just reset or at least be written somewhere that I completed the chapter with 0 deaths).

There is a "fewest deaths" that appears on the book thingy when you press TAB on the level select. The other reward, a golden strawberry, can only be obtained after finishing all B-sides (I think?).

There is also a dashless 1-A reward. You just need to complete 1-A without dashing once (good luck...), but, you can die as many time as you like.

If you complete all the b sides, there will be a golden strawberry at the beginning of every A-side chapter. If you pick up the golden berry and then complete the whole chapter deathless, you get a special golden berry icon at the chapter select screen. I think that this is what you are looking for in terms of "something to reward you for completing the chapter deathless." Hope this helps ^^

As xtiger856x said, you unlock the deathless rewards after completing all B-sides. After you do that EVERY level in the game will have a golden strawberry at the beginning. Once you pick it up and finish the level without dying you will get 1 more to your strawbery counter.

After you complete all chapters and sides (B and C) deathless you have 1 last Golden strawberry left. That is the dashless Chapter 1 one. After that you will have 200 strawberries and a special mark on your save file.
