celeste doesn't recognize gamepad

Hi, i just bought the game and tryed to play it with my speedlink thunderstrike gamepad (standart ps2 usb controller) but the game doesn't see the gamepad .... does someone know what to do? gamepad works fine on other games.

Seems the patch today broke things for gamepads.

You can try to download a Xbox360 controller emulator. You can donwload it here: https://www.x360ce.com/

You will just need to open it, map the corresponding buttons, and put the program inside of the games directory.

Thx ... did something similar. I downloaded a programm called joytokey which simulates your gamepad key as keyboard keys ... works fine so far.

Yeah I hope this is just a bug that gets fixed. Game is supposed to have "full" gamepad support. Tried to play it for the first time today with a PS4 controller only to find it didn't work at all (works on every single other one of my games with just steam).

Just switch to opengl beta or use Steam controller configuration thing

Thanks I was able to fix it by turning on "DS4 Controller Support" in big picture. But I never had to do this for any other game.
