Pico-8 Strawberries
As far as I can see, they don't count towards your overall strawberry count.

Do they? I missed 2 or 3 on my way up... Will I get to do another PICO-8 run?

You unlock the PICO-8 in the main menu. It doesn't save progress. They are just for fun, except for reaching the end once which gives an achievement.
