Is it possible to copy save files?
I want to copy my file so I can turn on assist mode on the second one and fool around with it (apparantly once you turn it on, it marks your file and you can't turn it back off) without having to start from scratch. Is it possible to do that, either in-game or with editing the actual file?

If you go into the directory where the game saves (on PC it's in the root directory and in a folder called "Saves") you can copy+paste the individual save files, and just rename them:

0.celetse is file slot 1,
1.celeste is file slot 2,
2.celeste is file slot 3

Hope that helps!

Awww yeah, thanks! Just got done beating all the B-sides and the first C-side on my main profile -- this game is fantastic, and probably the most satisfying hardcore platformer I've ever played (and I've played a lot of them!)

Just the one called "0.celeste" in your "Saves" folder in the game files :)
