I was able to do that one consistently after a while. The timing is hard, but not impossible. I recommend you just practice jumping on Oshiro at the start of the level until you have it down.
That's basically what I did, I could get the first two jumps (to the green gem and the blue switch) pretty consistantly, but once you have to jump off that blue wall into the gem into oshiro it was just who the hell knows what's going to happen
You're actually supposed to jump on Mr. Oshiro then break the heart without using the gem. The gem is a safety so you can dash back onto the blue wall if you miss.
Apart from that I like the game quite a bit even though I think the platforming is a bit too reliant on gimmicks, some of which are not really doing it for me.
This is kind of what I thought at first, but the mix of aesthetics really grew on me.
You usually won't be able to do a wall jump straight up unless you're holding onto the wall, pushing into it, and aren't out of stamina.
