Mod Help

I am trying to download the D-Sides to no avail. I have downloaded Everest, but there is no folder literally labeled as "Mods". I think I accidentally replaced the Everest file with the mod one... if anyone can help, please give me some advice and direction.

NEVERMIND! I figured out the issues. First of all, I had created a folder named “Mods” before downloading Everest. After I deleting my folder a new “Mods” folder appeared with the proper folders in it.

After watching a tutorial I realized that I needed to put the entire WinRAR file in instead of its contents.
