Solitaire difficulty changed?
Does anybody else find the solitaire game is being more forgiving today than day one? I just had three victory in a row, vs a single one yesterday. If not, then stay focus, eventually an undo button DO become unnecessary due to skills!

I just noticed this as well.

The game appears highly random. I'm not even sure that some configurations are solvable at all, even with perfect play.

If the dev knows better, I'll take their word, but I think it just gives you a random deck and then hopes it's solvable. A lot of solitaire card games work that way.

As such, any perception of difficulty has more to do with luck than anything else. I'm a big card game player, game theorist, and collector of mathematically-interesting games and it took me a long time to get the hang of it and I still abandon quite a few games.

It's just I found that it became easier overnight, which COULD be luck but seemed unlikely after more than a 50% success rate from 2 singles games won in countless restart the day before.

I'm fairly certain I'm missing something basic about the rules to the solitare game - the 'dragons' seem like they cannot be moved to anywhere but a 'free' space? And never moved from that free space afterwards?

I found it quite easy even 3 days ago, so I don't believe it got easier. Also, I'm able to solve most of the games it throws at me as long as I stay focused (yes, there's some strategy involved).

@Panoptic
Yes, the dragons can only be moved to parking spaces (either to the ones at the top left or to columns you completely cleared at the bottom). And they cannot be moved on top of other cards as they don't build a series with any of the other cards. Which means you can move them from that free space afterwards, but only to another free space (be it at the top left or a free column at the bottom).

I swear this is the thoughest version of Solitaire I've played. It's very unforgiving. One wrong move, you're done.
