Newbie trouble at the beginning

Okay so i just started the game and i really like the concept but im just baffled at how easy the first assignment was and how damn difficult the second one seems compared to it.. If i had more space to write the code i wouldnt have a problem but thats not the point of the puzzle of course.. Im guessing i should be somehow getting a reading of the control-in things and then use that info to just double the number to the output and im pretty sure it has something to do with the acc but i dont know what.. I tried to use a second chip by using jmp at the last line of the first chip but that didnt work.. Any tips on this because id love to get further in the game without checking youtube videos for spoilers.. Also english is not my first language so the manual is kind of hard to read because of all the fancy-cody-stuff-words :D

Yeah I'm stuck on this too. I know the logic of the puzzle (control-out = control in x2) but I don't know how to write that in the language. The game and the manual does a terrible job at explaining how to use the language. Just gives a very basic description I'm literally left to guess how to use a language.

Having played TIS-100 helped me a bit at least.. It has a less steeper of a learning curve even though its a bit different..

It's [almost] the same puzzle as in TIS-100. Hint: you can use "acc" register to store your data

Yeah so looked up a youtube vid. With the first line I was able solve the rest for myself.

The manual says the syntax for the 'mov' instruction is 'mov R/I R'. 'p0' is a register (R), as is 'acc'. The AN650 example circuit also shows the use of 'mov p0 acc' and 'mov acc p1.

11*13 = 143

143 seems to say us nothing, but let us analyse this digit in another Digit-Rooms. We use the Octette.

Octette 143 is in Decimal 99
So when Octette 143 is in Decimal 99 then must be Octette 144 in Decimal be 100.

OCT sqrt(144) = 12
DEC sqrt(100) = 10

Octette 12 = Decimal 10

First we calculate and convert the Octette Sum Value in one step.
DEC 12 ^ 3 + ((12 - 0^0) * 2) = OCT 1750

So now we use the Date from the corner on the top right:
OCT 1750 = OCT 12*12*12 = DEC 1000
