Swamps, usually is where i go. Look for the blue-green large wide trees, with small red stripes in them. They also have vines. You should see many of them.

On the ground start looking for odd colored small grass plants. They are blue. Those areas are high indicators of cobalt.

I am overloaded with the stuff. As said above swamps etc. Just keep exploring. Then cross water to get other exotic materials when you are ready. Recommend taking carbon and iron and organisms with you as rare in other area rich in say gold and uranium

Thanks for everyone's help!
I'll explore the planet.
And the car is so easy to turn over,I have no way to make it over back,Is there someway can make the overturned car turn over back? :-(

Build it a bit wider to make more stable. Generally a winch can be useful or just dig around the vehicle to make it turn back to correct orientation. At worst case you have to delete and rebuild parts.

All over, in small quantity; depends on luck and random number generation. Reliably, one biome north/south of polar regions gives large quantites of cobalt, aluminum, silver. One biome away from hard/true desert biomes (at the equator, yellow sand), will often give large quantities. Same locations will often give some quantity of uranium and gold.

Regarding ground vehicle, make wider, as mentioned, and lower center of gravity. But... smaller x4 and x6 wheel vehicles are always going to be at risk of falling into holes and rolling over; no way around it. Check my screenshots if you want some ideas. True solution, get airblades asap. A small battery powered 4-airblade hopper will get you to cobalt and semi-rare minerals + uranium. Eight(8) batteries should have sufficient charge, but make sure to take a quantity of carbon, iron, silicon, biomass with you, to build biomass generators for recharging, if necessary.
