I'm an actual 911, police, fire dispatcher - anyone else out there like me?

This game makes me chuckle. It's so hard to NOT dispatch the correct way in order to clear calls since the game isn't set up for that. All my instincts are like WHAT WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?? It's actually making it hard for me to play the game. Just curious if there's anyone else out there who dispatches and has trouble.

I'm not, but I didn't even think of dispatchers having a polarizing experience in this game vs real life. I'm just curious, but could you tell me how dispatching is correctly done?
