@ Dev it would be nice to have the ability to edit a params file, in example for EM4 or 911 first responders

Just so we can access the game to tailor the gameplay to our liking.
I can appreciate that, however its also a game. Set a difficulty bar for realism. Also major cities have more than two ATVs patrolling the city :)
Also, I find it very hard to see what's additionally required on a scene.... Sometimes I have 3 police units, 2 fire units and some ambulance at a scene and it's still not resolving. I guess that's probably a bug, but it would be useful if 'resolving' events could be marked some color and events that need additional units some other color or something.
Also queueing incidents could help, but would perhaps be a bit difficult to implement.
So, to sum it up: for me it's just way too fast now and I'm loosing sight of who's where and who needs help and who doesn't...
