Above and Beyond Achievement

Which mode do I need to beat to get the "Above and Beyond" achievement? I have completed all of the other achievements, and just beat one of the Career Modes on Expert (where you do each city once), but did not get the achievement. Could someone please tell me which mode I need to complete for this achievement. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Did every city under unique stories on expert and it worked.
