So family friendly.
You can't keep reality away from kids and this game does a pretty good job at representing horrible situations in a still rather forgiving manner.
You are telling someone who is a father and holds a BSc in Psychology what is good for kids and what not. Just want to let you know that.
Also you are twisting words in my mouth which I view as a very offensive move.
I said kids. Kids is just an other word fo children. Children are legally anything below the legal age of 18 (21 in the US). Socially talking kids are something between 1 and 14ish.
As soon as kids start participating in the outside world more by themselves, such as playing on the playground with friends, going home from pre-school or what not, they have to learn what dangers there are and that accidents, people and some situations are horrible.
When I was around 6 I knew what a pedophile was, a murderer, that car accidents can look ugly. Me growing up in a large city made me learn pretty quickly and having almost be pulled in to the car of a predator around 2 times was only prevented by me knowing about such people and how they trick kids, allowing me to fight back and escape. If I did not have this awareness I would probably not be around anymore.
Ofc you don't reach that awareness by showing them gory, traumatizing videos of some Autobahn accident or homicide, hence I swaid that this game is doing a good job at representing horrible situations in a forgiving manner, so to speak, no ugly images or videos, no horribly traumatizing audio sequences although some serious ones, no bad visuals.
I thought this was clear to people who play the game as well. Games like this are great for kids who are mature enough to comprehend what this is about and rather boring and useless to kids who do not.
Ok Professor, you know the bestest.
Lmao.
I do indeed considering I have come up with plenty of arguments while you have only twisted the words in my mouth.
