Unable to pass Chapter 7, Day 2 (Music Festival)

Chapter 7 is the music festival. I am unable to pass Day 2. At first, it was due to not allocating the right number of resources to the music festival as I misunderstood the instructions. So I was missing at least 4 or 5 calls. But I realized my mistake and reallocated my resources. Now I'm hitting every call and receiving positive reputation from every call. I ended my day with 53 reputation and 98% efficiency and it still fires me at the end of the day. Not sure what I'm missing

Update: I figured out what I was doing wrong. Although I was passing Day 2, I didn't realize that there was a cumulative score for all the chapters on efficiency. So though I was getting 100% efficiency for Ch 7, Day 2, I was not getting the minimum required cumulative efficiency for all the chapters which was at 70% (I only had 67%). I had some previous really bad days which counted against me. So I started the campaign over, now that I somewhat know what I'm doing, and was able to resolve a lot more issues, so I hit over 70% by the time I got to Ch 7 Day 2. Bit of a pain in the ass but glad I figured it out. I hope others will find this useful.

I have always told all the people who have this problem to do things right and to avoid that any call and incidence is negative. If you have negative incidents, it means that the reputation goes down. However, if all the incidents are positive in all services, you will never be fired.
