Single City Run Freeplay

I finished my single city run and I continued to play for a few duties, but during those duties, I got no phone calls, only incidents. So I am wondering if that is a bug or intended. I would also like to know if there will be more disasters like eathquake, riots, big fire, and bomb attack. Thanks.

You have mistakenly disabled the option to not receive calls. If you want, you can activate it again. There are events like the music festival and the blizzard. I don't know if you have played them?

I an not exactly sure which option you are talking about, but I have the muffle typical call option off.

And I played about 10 duties after the game says I completed the single city run, but I did not encounter any special events, so I want to know how often do they appear?

When you are in the units window interface, underneath there is a box called do not answer calls. If you check it, no calls will go out. If you uncheck it, those calls will go out. The other as you say is the option so that the voice in calls does not come out distorted. Calls may appear depending on the service or if there is an event.
