Dog's performances are variables like cops' skill.
And please add an equipment slot or two for the vehicle (in the sequel). :)
I know several dog handlers in the police and fire services in Scotland, and you're right, they are very much part of the family.
The way they were implimented in game was never meant to detract from that. More, we were aiming to keep things as straightforward as possible by having one crew member for each service type. 911 Operator is the first PC game released from the Jutsu team as a whole, so it's been a big learning experience.
One rescued a woman's cat. The woman was so happy that she invited them in for tea.
After finishing the tea, the fire engine ran over the woman's cat.
That's called Murphy's Law.
It can be read about here:-

I like the thinking, but I'm happy to just have a dog in the back of the car ;)
Yes, Finns Law is a huge part of my life. I am from Scotland so I probaly know the officers you are talking about aha. We just got past the Commitee stage in Parliament in England and the next step is the 3rd reading which is planned to be on the 8th of febuary. I know some stuff that is hapening about Finns Law in scotland but that can not be disclosed at this time. Just know we are working very hard to make it right. Thank you for your support.
