How do I decide what to do with prank calls?
For some prank calls it seems like the correct action is to send the police to scold the caller. Other times it seems like I'm supposed to ignore them. I got negative points for the guy who says a girl fell from heaven by just giving him a warning.

Because sometimes the caller is using illegal drugs, you just have to talk and guess who's just pranking and who's high

Sounds kind of vague really. They guy who sings at you could be considered as being high but he isn't one you need to send police to.

The singing guy doesn't sound high to me, one that is clearly high is the guy who calls you because his pizza is too spicy, he speaks slowly, confirms anything you ask about, and such
